Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don't see my position yet? How come?
A: Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be approved. Sometimes in rare cases it'll
take up to 36 hours. If it's been up to 72 hours and your payment is still not approved then
you may contact us. If you contact us before the timeframe that we listed, we will delete
it.

Q: How do I make a withdrawal?

A: You will need to login to your account and make a withdrawal request. There is no minimum
or maximum requirements. However, there is a cooldown period of 2 weeks for all those who've
paid using credit card or PayPal.

After the 2 weeks has passed and there were no problems with your account, your withdrawal will be
processed by a Paper Check from our company: immediately. The rest of your
withdrawal requests will be processed same day after this.

Please make sure you have a valid address listed in your profile. If you submit it once and
don't see it listed on your profile this is normal. Rest assured that we have received your
address details successfully.

This cooldown period has been put in place to protect your account from any sort of foulplay
or fraud.

If you pay with liberty reserve or other e-Currencies not listed about then your withdrawal
will be processed into the same account you paid with. There is no need to list it as we
have records of each payment account you used to pay us :)

Withdrawals are processed every other business day.

Q: I want to withdraw my money. How do I do this?
A: Please refer to the answer above.

Q: Can you explain this program for me?
A: The program is clearly explained on the homepage and in the FAQ. Please read these CLEARLY
before contacing support.

Q: I'm in the wrong downline. Can you fix this?
A: This is not possible. We've tested our referral system multiple times and have not been able
to receive any problems. You can test it out for yourself, it works. Somewhere along the line
those who have ended up in the wrong downlines, their referral link has been broken up somehow.
We apologize for this, but this action cannot be reversed.

Q: Can I change my password?
A: We are not able to do this for you. Nor can you do this in the members backend. We're sorry,
please keep your password to yourself and make sure it is not one that is easily guessed.

Q: Can I change my email?
A: We're not able to change your email even if it's wrong.

Q: Can I pay for someone else?
A: Yes. However, you will need to contact us directly to make sure that we give the proper
credit to who it is for.

Q: I'm having trouble logging in. Can you help me?
A: Please clear your browsers cookies and temporary internet files then close your browser.
Then try to access us again. 9 times out 10 this fixes the problem. If you're still having
issues, please contact us, only after doing this process.

Q: Can I move money amongst my downline?
A: This is not possible. It may be in the near future, but as of right now it's not possible.

Q: I haven't cycled yet. Why not? What's wrong?
A: There is no set date for cycling. There is no way we can tell how soon you are going to
cycle. There may be an estimated time but that is only estimated.
